Tanika Harris, NCC’s office manager, has been selected to be one of 14 participants accepted into the upcoming cohort of the Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise (PACE) Executive Coaching Program!

Launched in 2016, the Executive Coaching program was designed with the goal to provide professional development opportunities for African American executives in the Pittsburgh area’s non-profit sector. By the program’s third cohort in 2018, its reach broadened to next-generation leaders.

Participation in this program is of no cost to the individual or their organization thanks to the funding and efforts from both McAuley Ministries and the BNY Mellon Foundation.

Tanika will be a participant of the program’s seventh cohort, where she will receive resources that will assist her in strengthening her leadership and professional growth.

“I am honored to have been accepted into PACE’s Executive Coaching Program,” Tanika says, “ I am confident that the next few months will bring me numerous new experiences and challenges that will benefit me both personally and professionally.”

Tanika presently manages day-to-day operations along with all areas of NCC’s finance and administration. Her managerial skills and creative solutions to business challenge are an essential asset to NCC’s functionality, and her fellow staff members are proud and excited to see her become a part of this upcoming program.
