New Century Careers is pleased to announce that Neil Ashbaugh, president and CEO, is among four manufacturing industry leaders to be appointed to the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) board of directors.
Having over twenty yearsโ experience in manufacturing, from the shop floor to human resources and technical training management, Neil now has an opportunity to support the growth of America’s workforce on a national level during his three-year term.
NIMS was formed in 1995 with the vision to build a globally competitive American workforce through collaboratively established industry standards, proven training frameworks and processes that dynamically respond to our technology-driven economy.
