The NIMS Career Pathway Tool helps employers, job seekers and educators understand the numerous career pathways in the industry and what NIMS credentials really mean—how they help validate skills at a variety of levels and how they can be earned to help students and workers enter and advance in careers. The goal is to help employers enhance HR practices; help educators design better curriculum; and provide actionable career information to job seekers.
