That Prepare You To Earn a Living Through MANUFACTURING 2000, the flagship program of New Century Careers, you’ll train at a community college, an area vocational training school or a training facility close to your home. Our Flagship program, MANUFACTURING 2000, was created through a partnership with the Institute of Economic Transformation at Duquesne University’s Graduate School of Business, the Steel Center Area Vocational Training School in Jefferson Hills, PA, and southwestern Pennsylvania manufacturers. Now, in it’s 5th year, the program has successfully trained more than 600 machinists and welders. A program of New Century Careers made possible through the efforts of area manufactures, educators, foundations and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. |

Century Careers is a non-profit “umbrella organization”
that administers the MANUFACTURING 2000 (M2K) and the MANUFACATURING
2000PLUS (M2K+) workforce training programs along with the NTMA
(National Tooling and Machining Association) Apprenticeship Program.
